Consultation
First we start with consultation in our showroom this maybe be a planned visit or a walk in, this process can also be over phone and email. This can be the most important part of the process.
Our team will guide you through the process, this starts with fuel type. We offer a range of solutions, Electric, Gas,Wood and Bio Ethanol.
Style and size, shelvs or plain wall, storage units and so on. Once we have an idea of your vision we start the next process.
Measuring
Our installation team we visit your property, take detailed measurements of the wall, chimney and flue position if applicable, plug positioning and advise on any alterations that may be needed in this area.
This is then uploaded on or system for our design team
Design
Our design house take the information from the cosultation in our shoroom and the survey details.
The design process can be quick and simple if the client know exactly what they want, should they request images 3D drawings are produced at a cost of €150, this is deducted from the final balance.
The drawings can be emailed to the client or another visit to the showroom may take place.
Ordering and Deposits
Once you are happy with designs, colours and fire type we can move thing to the ordering phase.
We will provide you with a comprehensive price of the works and materials.
Please note any electrical or plumbing work needs to be carried out by a qualified trades man. These works are not undertaken by our installers included in the final cost.
A 50% deposit is required to start the works, as 90% of the process is custom made to the clients requirements, deposit are non refundable.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing team get to work. All aspects of your feature wall are manufactured in house in our onsite factory. From the wooden cabinets to the marble tops. With a huge range of knowledge and experience in all materials including wood , mstone metal etc. Whatever the job or design brief puts forward we have the tools and skills to bring to fruition in the manufacturing process.
Installation day
Installation for most of our projects takes one day. Our skilled team will install in your home and leave to a top class finish ready to paint. Most of the time and labour is carried out in our workshop cutting down on time on site and minimising disruption.
