Consultation

The process begins with a consultation, either in our showroom (planned or walk-in), or over the phone and email. This is often the most important step.

Our team will guide you through everything, starting with fuel type. We offer a wide range of solutions: Electric, Gas, Wood, and Bio-Ethanol.

We’ll then discuss style and size — from plain walls to shelving, storage units, and more. Once we understand your vision, we can move to the next step.

Measuring

Our installation team will visit your property to take detailed measurements of the wall, chimney and flue (if applicable), plug positions, and advise on any alterations needed.

All of this information is uploaded to our system for the design team.

Design

Our in-house design team uses the consultation notes and survey details to create your design.

• If you already know exactly what you want, the process is quick and straightforward.

• If you’d like visuals, we can provide 3D drawings at €150, which is deducted from your final balance.

Drawings can be emailed to you or reviewed in our showroom.

Ordering & Deposits

Once designs, colours, and fire type are finalised, we move to the ordering stage.

You’ll receive a comprehensive quote for all works and materials.

⚠️ Please note: Any electrical or plumbing work must be carried out by a qualified tradesperson. These works are not included in our installation service or pricing.

A 50% deposit is required to begin. As 90% of our work is custom-made to client requirements, deposits are non-refundable.

Manufacturing

Our in-house manufacturing team then gets to work. From wooden cabinets to marble tops, every part of your feature wall is crafted in our on-site factory.

With extensive experience in wood, stone, metal, and more, our team has the tools and skills to bring any design brief to life.

Installation Day

Most projects are completed in just one day.

Our skilled installers will fit your feature wall to a top-class finish, leaving it ready to paint. Because most labour is carried out in our workshop, time spent on-site is reduced, minimising disruption in your home.
