Delivery Terms and Conditions

Is delivery free of Charge?

Delivery Charges for Ireland including Northern Ireland

Free delivery may be applied to selected products on checkout via coupon codes.

Checkout items weighting 31kg and over are subject to a €69.95 delivery charge. (Rate applies to standard euro pallet Less than 1m square) Item that exceed this size may can incur an over size load fee of €50 

Checkout items weighting under 30kg are subject to a €6.95 delivery charge.

 90% of our products are available for delivery to mainland UK, Prices can vary please enter you Postcode in the check out and the price will be displayed.

When will I receive my delivery?

Order Processing:

The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

All our deliveries take place Monday to Friday, No orders or deliveries will be processed/Shipped on a Saturady or Sunday.

This typically takes 1 – 2 working days however, some orders placed before 11am may ship that same day, orders may take up to 5 days to ship.

If you item states Order Now! or Available on back order, This may simply mean the item is not in our warehouse in Donegal and may have to be shipped from another location, deliveries of this nature can take from 3-20 working days depending on supplier availability.

If the item is out of stock we will inform you of an estimated delivery time.

Delivery for parcels under 30kg will be made by van and driver, large parcels and crates will be made by truck. For large crates the address must have a flat surface (ie. Concrete or Asphalt) Please note the courier will not place goods inside your home.

How many attempts will be made?

One attempt is made at delivering your goods, if the delivery of your goods was unsuccessful the goods will return to the couriers distribution centre, In which time we will have a short window to contact you to arrange next day delivery, this may incur extra delivery charges, If next day delivery is not possible the goods will return to our warehouse and a refund or store credit less delivery charges may be made, or a new delivery date plus delivery charge can be arranged.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us on 074 9124144.

Do not sign for damaged or missing goods as we cannot be held responsible after goods have been signed for, any damages reported after signatures have been made may not be replaced free of charge.

What additional fees may apply?

There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met.

The fire view of the new e-SliM Linear has the same origin as that of our e-MatriX fireplaces. The combination of swirling cold water vapour and special (LED) lighting creates 100% safe, fascinating and completely 3-dimensional flames. Unique and always different! Furthermore, the e-Slim Linear features an adjustable multicolour fire view and top lighting.

The e-SliM Linear comes standard with the patented Comfortsaver technology, whereby the appliance keeps the room at the desired temperature so energy-efficiently. The heat reaches you through the glass of the fireplace, creating a pleasant, indirect glow. This heating can be controlled separately from the fire, via the control panel, the remote control or the Flame Connect

Fireplace of the future

The fire in our electric fireplaces is created by cold water vapour and energy-efficient LED lighting. Made from pure tap water and therefore with 0% harmful emissions. Energy consumption, without additional heating, is comparable to an average television. With thermostatic heating, interaction timer and open window detection where the fireplace identifies sudden temperature differences and switches off the heating, energy consumption can be reduced even further.

All parts of our products that come into direct contact with water are equipped with the special BioMaster™ antimicrobial silver ion technology. This technology proactively inhibits/disrupts the growth of bacteria/microbes and remains active throughout the life of the product, providing lasting protection. Adjustable mood lighting

Determine your own style and atmosphere with light

Both the colour of the 'flames' and the top lighting in the e-SliM Linear can be set in many colours, matching the desired style or atmosphere. Choose from eight built-in mood lighting themes or create your own favorite. Whatever your choice, thanks to the LED lighting, energy consumption is minimal. The e-SliM Linear can be operated on the fireplace, with the supplied remote control or the specially developed Flame Connect App.

Waterpump

A Water pump kit can also be ordered especially for the e-Matrix and e-SliM Linear, which makes it possible to install these fireplaces without a central water connection. With the help of a separate reservoir and this water pump, this makes it possible to install the e-MatriX and E-SliM Linear even if no central water connection is possible.

Ceramic Logset

Our ceramic logs decoration set is of very high quality and can hardly be distinguished from the real thing. With the ceramic log set you opt for a timelessly classic look for your fireplace. This high-quality classic decoration set is the standard in all our fireplaces and fits into any interior.
