We are delighted with the stove (Arrow) purchased from Spratts a couple of months ago. From start to finish the installation of our stove was seamless. The advice we received from the guys (Henry and Jim) on the most suitable stove for our fireplace / needs was second to none. There was no hard sell, just matter of fact advice to meet our requirements.
The installation itself was a very professional job – no mess, no fuss and the stove was fitted perfectly. The stove surround (metal) was cut and crafted to meet the stone fireplace.

I recently had a new stove flue installed by Spratt Fireplaces & Stoves. I had a fire in my old stove flue as it had been installed incorrectly. Henry from Spratt’s called out and gave me a quote which I was happy with. Soon after Henry and another employee called to carry out the work. The two guys were amazing, extremely clean, efficient and friendly. I have two kids with special needs so it is was important to me that the work was carried out within a certain time frame. It was no bother to them. They brought mats to protect my flooring and worked non-stop to complete the job.
